I am so lucky to be able to find so easily pomegranate and Brazil nuts here in London. It is strangely a little bit more difficult when in France! I am quite happy with the mix between the beetroot and mango actually : it goes so well together... Pomegranate and Brazil nuts for the exotic side as I really dislike plain salad. This one is absolutely fab!

In french cooking, we do like to stuffed healthy vegetables like aubergines, tomatoes, peppers and courgettes (zucchini you may say...). It is a disguised way for the children to eat healthily and it does work quite well actually! And the bonus is the stuffing as you can use absolutely whatever you like : cheese, rice, lentils, ham, meat, etc... Perfect for the "no-ideas days", this recipe will be a regular at your table!

When the sun is shinning bright, nothing can beat a lovely cocktail with friends, don't you think so! This watermelon and elderflower Caipirinha came out of the blue when I saw for the first time Cachaça at my supermarket's shelf. Evidently, I did not want to do the regular and too obvious Caipirinha, it has to have my print on it... So I came with watermelon because I just bought one and Elderflower because it was in my fridge, patiently waiting to be use...

This is what I call a very yummy "salade gourmande" (a gourmet salad but in a greedy sense if you know what I mean;)). You have the enjoyable bite given by the pound cake, the freshness of the apples, the zingy taste of the lime and the creamy side with the goat cheese : a very balanced sweet and sour salad in no time!
